  • "I have purchased numerous motorcycles through the years. No Dealership has ever treated me the way Sanford Honda Suzuki has. They treat me so friendly and professional. The personnel at Sanford Honda Suzuki treats you like family. They are the only motorcycle Dealership that stays in contact with you. This shows me that they really care about you and your business. Once you buy from them, you invest in a professional team, they just don't shake your hand, kick you out the door and ignore you. They send you thank you letters and emails, recognize your birthday, let you know about service on your vehicle. These guys are NUMBER ONE in my book. The service department treats your bike like its theirs. They don't leave it outside or in the rain like some of the other motorcycle dealerships I've dealt with. When they return your bike, IT"S CLEAN, they are the only motorcycle dealership that does that. The parts department bends over backwards trying to find items that you need to dress your bike up. The sales personnel, they treat you like a friend. They are very respectful. I cannot say enough GOOD about Sanford Honda Suzuki. I have never been treated so kind by any Dealership. Ladies and gentlemen, check them out. I will always do business with them. It's a little ride from Fayetteville to Sanford to get work done on my bike, but when you get the professional treat and care on your motorcycle that Sanford Honda Suzuki gives you, it's worth the trip. I recommend them to all my friends and they feel the same way... The Cumberland County Sheriff's Office bought 5 Honda's from them."

  • "I have purchased 3 motorcycles from HSA of Sanford and I could not be more pleased with the level of professionalism and service of the staff. In fact I've met many people in the store who have also but several bikes from them. I have owned bikes from several different companies and I am not a brand loyal person...but I am dealer loyal. They have been in business for I believe 50 plus years. You don't stay in business that long and have this many repeat customers unless you are doing things right. When I decide to purchase another bike I will definitely be going back to see them because it's not just the purchase of the bike...but it's also about the service you get afterwards."

  • "The sales and finance team are amazing, I had bought my first bike there a 2013 gsx-r750. Went back two months later bought my wife a 2002 ninja 250. Recently went back to trade in my wifes bike to get her a 2015 gsx-s 750. Didn't think I could get another bike financed but Mr. Barker made it happen. From the time you walk in the door the whole team of people that work there go out of their way to make you feel like family. And will do anything to get you out on the road with a new or used bike. When you need parts and accessories the team will get it fast and are very friendly. When you need something fixed the mechanics are knowledgeable and have it done in a timely manner. If you have a concern or question someone is always ready to help. Love these guys."

I have recommended this dealership to friends and they have bought a bike and bought parts and accessories from them. I love going in and everybody knows you and is always glad to see you! They treat you like friends not customers here,from the sales staff to parts dept. to the service dept. they take their time and do a great job on service work and explain what is going on and how much it's going to cost before they begin work on your bike. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire staff and I would recommend this dealership to anyone who's wanting to buy a bike or just needs great service work done on their bike or needs experienced parts dept.!!!"

  • "As a kid over 40 years ago my parents got my first dirt bike from Tom Barker. Over the years many more have come from HSA. You can talk to ANYONE in the dealership and get nothing but the honest truth! From Seth in the service dept. to Vann and Dusty in sales or Lynn ( the owner) or either of his sons you can expect only the best.I just wish Geoff in the service dept. wasn't retiring. To put it in simple terms, I have purchased 3 dirt bikes, 3 quads, and one street bike from them this year alone,all pre owned. (2014) I haven't had a single issue with anything I have gotten from them. They are more concerned about you being happy with your purchase and it suiting your needs than making the actual sale. This is truely rare in any business. Go somewhere else and see how you are treated ( and usually BS'ed or ignored ) then go to Sanford and see how it should be done. You will end up a life long customer like myself. Enough said!!"

  • "The whole team that works there are friendly, courteous, ready to assist with any questions we had on purchasing a new motorcycle. Upon getting the financing, "Daniel" made happen I was able to get a 2013 gsxr 750. Love the bike. My wife and the all the great people who work there surprised me with a Yoshimura exhaust slip on. Never giving her secrete away. Very surprised. Prices are reasonable. And they will help you get the bike of your dreams. You just have to walk through the door. Great service through out the store. Everyone ready to help or will get you to the right person."

  • "I dealt with a lot of motorcycle dealers in the eastern North Carolina area. I spent a lot of time deciding on the bike I got. I am sad to say , at most dealerships you will either be ignored, treated like a second rate human, or will be fed a bunch of BS so they can con you into a bike. This was not so at Honda Suzuki Arctic Cat of sanford!! The second I walked in I was greeted by an awesome salesman named Todd. He showed me around , made some educated recommendations and yet did not pretend to know all the answers. Instead, if he didnt know an answer, he would immediately go find someone who would be able to answer the question. That was the whole story with all of the staff. They all have the make it happen attitude. You want it , you got it. They were very awesome indeed and even though it takes over an hour to get there from where I live, I will always return there to do all of my business. You dont get any better than this place!!!!"
